OTT PROFIMATIC EDGEBANDERS

OTT PROFIMATIC SERIES  EDGEBANDERS ARE BUILT IN 4 STANDARD SIZES WITH THE OPTION TO CHOOSE AMONG 10 DIFFERENT WORK STATIONS.

PROFIMATIC BANDERS ARE SUPPLIED STANDARD WITH PLC CONTROL, AND FRONT OPERATION PANEL WITH PROGRAMMING CONTROL UNIT  AND  PROGRAMS FOR FAST CHANGE OVER.

STANDARD WORK STATIONS:

• K 17 End Trimming Unit, double saw end trimmer with 2 HF motors 1.1 HP each 14000 RPM, with automatic turning from 0 to 20⁰ .
• HF 26.1 Rough Trimming Unit, with 2 HF motors 2.6 HP each 12000 RPM, non-tiltable & automatic thickness adjustment.
• HFF 08.2 Fine Trimming Unit, with 2 HF motors 0.8 HP each 14000 RPM, tiltable, fine adjustments with automatic thickness adjustments and
  automatic in and out movement by programs.
• HFR 06.2 Radius trimming Unit
• AR 4 Front and Rear Rounding Unit, for square corners or postformed panels. Unit has 4 HF motors 0.4 HP each 14000 RPM, with digital indicators for fine adjustments.
• ZK Scraping Unit, supplied with 3mm radius cutters with digital indicators for fine adjustments. Automatic in and out movement from the programs.
• ZKf flat scraper with automatic control
• KE-O Automatic Oscillating Buffing Unit, with 2 motors 0.4 HP each, automatic up and down movement, automatic in and out movement from the programs and
   automatic thickness adjustment.
• SE Edge Sanding Unit, with 2.4 HP motor, pneumatically controlled sanding belt oscillation.
• NU-2 Shaping or Grooving Unit, with 3 HP motor, 12000 RPM tiltable 0-90⁰ , also can be supplied with jump grooving.
• FU Pre-edge trimming Unit, with two 3 HP motors, 12000 RPM each and automatic in and out movement to prevent break out of leading and trailing edges.
  (Mounted in front of glue pot with separate sound cabinet)

• Edge thickness 0.2 - 25mm.
• Pressure section with 7 pressure rollers and automatic thickness control.
• Automatic coil feed for up to 3mm PVC.
• Combimelt glue pot with 6 min. heat-up. time and automatic glue gates.
